Pooltableportfolio ships and installs tables worldwide. Please inquire about our shipping and installation costs so our team may send you a quote tailored to your installation location.

Production Time

Please note that the production times we provide are estimates. We will advise you if our specialists require more time to produce your custom-made table. While we will try our best to accommodate your desired installation deadline, we sometimes need to exceed our quoted production and shipping times to ensure you receive the highest-quality game table.

Once we begin working on your custom order, we cannot cancel it, provide a refund, or allow returns.

Delivery

Your custom table will first ship to a local depot. Our installation professionals will then deliver and install it at your location, usually on the same day. We can only ship your table once you confirm that your installation location is ready. However, as long as you have paid for your table in full, we are happy to store it at our plant at no additional charge.

Flooring and carpeting at your installation location must be complete before we deliver and install your table. Any electrical work provided by a third party, including lighting over or around your pool table, must be performed before or after your installation.

Damage

It is necessary that you notify us in writing of any damage on any item you receive immediately upon delivery. If the damage is part of the structure of the table, please do not have the table installed. We will replace any damaged or defective parts and install the table after replacements are received.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, we require a 50% deposit to initiate your custom-made order. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, but prior to shipping.
