Refund policy

Custom Orders

Once we begin working on your custom order, we cannot cancel it, provide a refund, or allow returns.

All Sales Are Final – Returns Are Not Accepted (excluding matters related to defects or product warranty).

Our pool tables are guaranteed to be level upon installation. Any settling of floors after installation may result in additional trip costs for re-leveling.
Upon order, the client understands there may be unexpected and/or uncontrollable delays in production. Pool Table Portfolio is not liable for such delays.
Costs related to delivery & installation are subject to change if new information about work site conditions or install requirements is identified.

All products are custom made to order.
Some smaller accessory items that have already been produced may be exchanged for a product of equal value should an issue arise.
Refunds are not provided.

You must notify us in writing of any damage immediately upon delivery.
If the damage affects the structure of the table, do not allow installation.
We will replace any damaged or defective parts and schedule installation once replacements are received.
Our priority is ensuring you receive your product in proper condition and are fully satisfied.
